Data sources
Use ETL (extract, transform, and load) technologies to activate data ingestion.. Adobe CDP allows data to be ingested from external sources while providing you with the ability to structure, label, and enhance incoming data using Platform services. You can ingest data from a variety of sources such as Adobe Solutions, cloud-based storage, third party software, and your CRM.
Segmentation
Platform allows you to easily create and access segments, as well as use different building blocks to further characterize your segments. It is able to make use of the full Segment Builder capabilities that are a part of Experience Platform. Within the Segment Builder’s user interface, you can create new segments, access existing segments, and modify existing segments.
Identity resolution
An identity graph is a map of relationships between different identity namespaces, providing you with a visual representation of how your customer interacts with your brand across different channels. All customer identity graphs are collectively managed and updated by Identity Service in near real-time, in response to customer activity.Identity Service manages an identity graph visible by only your organization and built based on your data, referred to as the private graph. Identity Service augments your private graph when an ingested data record contains more than one identity, adding a relationship between the identities found.
AI
It provides you with the power to generate customer predictions at the individual level with explanations.With the help of influential factors, Customer AI can tell you what a customer is likely to do and why. Additionally, you can benefit from Customer AI predictions and insights to personalize customer experiences by serving the most appropriate offers and messaging.
